Mike & Terri
Dawson have been happily married since 1975. In 1979 they packed up the van and moved from Ohio to Cape Coral, Florida
with their then three-year-old son, Christopher. Mike worked for more than thirty years in the automotive industry before
retiring and joining Terri in the family business. Terri held many diverse positions in Florida ranging from work in
the medical, banking and fitness industries before joining Florida Investors. Mentored by the company owner Terri took
over the business ownership in 2002. Mike acts as the project manager for the company's projects and takes the lead
position with day to day operations related to property management. Terri, a Florida licensed real estate broker, handles
all financial and accounting for the companies' multitude of business ventures including construction, management and investments. Mike & Terri's two son's, Chris and Mike assist when needed. Christopher is a Florida certified contractor. Chris obtained his contractor's license
in 2000 while attending college for engineering. Chris is also a Trauma/ICU RN at Lee Health. Chris married
Kristen Raija Jones in March, 2009 in a beautiful Key West wedding. Michael, the younger son also has EMT training and
is a licensed CNA. Michael currently resides in Denver where he owns a UBreak-IFix store. Michael is also continuing
his medical training and studying computer sciences. We are a true family business. The entire family is ultra
detail oriented and used to wearing several hats at one time. The family and its' business have a firm belief in honesty
and fair-play and expect the same from its associates, affiliates, professionals and the subcontractors in its employ.
